1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case, we’ll notify you promptly by email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product’s supplier or warehouse origin.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available after shipping.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States.
If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at centralexuberance@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Central Exuberance is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at centralexuberance@gmail.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Preorders and Backorders
If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you by email with an estimated restock or shipping date. You can choose to wait for the item or request a refund at any time before it ships.
